SlotPKR Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before You Play

1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and SlotPKR ("SlotPKR", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at slotpkr.im. These Terms apply to all use of the SlotPKR platform including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gaming activity, promotional participation, and any communications with SlotPKR support.

By accessing the SlotPKR platform, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the SlotPKR platform in any capacity.

SlotPKR reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered members will be notified via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Continued use of the SlotPKR platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To place bets or play games on SlotPKR, you must register an account. Registration is open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by local law.
• You are registering for personal use only — not on behalf of another person or organisation.
• You have not previously had a SlotPKR account suspended or terminated for a terms violation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a SlotPKR employee or contractor.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on SlotPKR. Duplicate accounts are not allowed under any circumstance. If SlotPKR identifies multiple accounts associated with the same individual — identified by matching personal details, device fingerprints, IP addresses, or payment method details — all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances held pending review.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, valid mobile number, date of birth, and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information. If your details change after registration, you must update them by contacting SlotPKR support promptly.

SlotPKR may require identity verification at any point — during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. Verification may include submission of a valid CNIC, proof of address, or confirmation of payment method ownership. Accounts that cannot be verified to SlotPKR's satisfaction may be suspended until verification is complete.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

SlotPKR accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet transactions (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and Rs 1,000 for IBFT and card transactions. Maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. SlotPKR does not charge transaction fees on deposits.

Deposits reflect in your SlotPKR balance immediately for mobile wallet transactions and within one business day for bank transfers. If a deposit does not reflect within the expected timeframe, please contact SlotPKR support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit into the same account. This policy exists to prevent financial fraud and to ensure funds are returned through verified channels. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Under 60 seconds for verified accounts
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on your bank

SlotPKR does not apply withdrawal processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges — these are outside SlotPKR's control. SlotPKR reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified may be placed on hold until documentation is received.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

SlotPKR offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotional offers to eligible members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside the offer at the time of promotion. These specific terms form part of these general Terms and Conditions and must be read in conjunction with them.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply on SlotPKR:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Standard wagering requirement: 30x the bonus amount, unless the specific promotion states a different requirement.
• Bonus wagering must be completed within the time limit stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited on expiry.
• Only one bonus can be active at any time. Registering for a new promotion while a previous bonus is still active and unwagered will result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
• Bonus funds cannot be used on all game types — specific promotions will state which games contribute to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a different percentage to slots.
• SlotPKR reserves the right to cancel any bonus if it determines that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through duplicate accounts, or in violation of these Terms.

Promotional eligibility is limited to one claim per member, household, IP address, and device unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through different accounts will result in all associated accounts being flagged for review.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

SlotPKR offers sports betting (including PSL cricket betting and football betting), live casino games, digital slots and card games, fishing games, roulette, and game shows. Each game and betting category operates under specific rules that are displayed within the game interface or betting section. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you agree to the rules of that specific game as displayed.

General rules applying to all gaming and betting activity on SlotPKR are as follows:

• All bets must be placed before the relevant betting window closes. Late bets will not be accepted.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless SlotPKR's specific game rules provide for an in-play cash-out option.
• All game results are final once settled. Results are determined by the game engine for digital games and by the physical outcome visible on camera for live dealer games.
• In sports betting, SlotPKR follows standard industry settlement rules. Voided matches or events are settled according to the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Bets placed with funds derived from a system error, technical fault, or odds miscalculation may be voided at SlotPKR's discretion. SlotPKR will endeavour to notify affected members promptly when such voids occur.
• The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game are displayed within the game interface. Minimum bets start from Rs 200 on most SlotPKR tables and games.

For PSL betting specifically: bets settle on the official match result as declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board or the relevant tournament authority. For matches affected by weather interruption, DLS rules apply. Matches abandoned before a result can be determined result in pre-match bets being voided and stakes returned. Live bets on events that have already concluded before abandonment retain their result.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on SlotPKR and will result in account suspension, balance confiscation, and permanent banning from the platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or odds miscalculations to gain an unfair advantage.
• Coordinating bets with other players to guarantee profits in a manner that exploits promotional structures (bonus abuse).
• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to access another member's account without their authorisation.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent regional restrictions.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person who would themselves be ineligible to hold an account.

SlotPKR employs continuous monitoring of account activity, betting patterns, and transaction behaviour. Accounts that show indicators of prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation. SlotPKR may share information about confirmed fraudulent activity with relevant authorities and partner organisations without further notification to the account holder.

7 Account Suspension, Closure and Termination

SlotPKR may suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion. Reasons for suspension or termination include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, abuse of bonus systems, or any activity that SlotPKR reasonably believes endangers the integrity of the platform or the interests of other members.

When an account is suspended, access to the platform is blocked immediately. Any pending bet settlements will continue to process in accordance with standard rules. Withdrawal of any remaining balance is subject to the outcome of the investigation and verification of the funds' legitimate origin.

You may close your SlotPKR account at any time by contacting support. Before closing, any active bonuses will be forfeited and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you through your verified payment method, subject to identity verification. Account closure requests are processed within two business days.

If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons — such as concern about your own gambling habits — SlotPKR's self-exclusion process applies instead of standard closure. Self-exclusion prevents re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period. See Section 9 for full details.

8 Privacy and Data Handling

SlotPKR collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on SlotPKR, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal information collected by SlotPKR is used solely for account management, identity verification, payment processing, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. SlotPKR does not sell personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and the SlotPKR platform is encrypted using SSL technology. Payment card and wallet credentials are not stored by SlotPKR — transactions are processed through PCI-compliant payment gateways.

9 Responsible Gaming

SlotPKR is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We offer the following responsible gaming tools to all registered members, available immediately through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a set period (minimum 30 days, up to five years, or permanently). Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Optional periodic pop-up notifications reminding you of your current session duration and net gaming outcome.

10 Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

SlotPKR shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: interruptions to service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance; delays or errors in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers; losses incurred as a result of decisions made during gameplay that were based on the member's own strategy or risk assessment; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

SlotPKR does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. While every effort is made to maintain continuous service, planned maintenance windows and unforeseeable technical events may temporarily affect platform availability. SlotPKR will communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

If you believe that a game result, bet settlement, or account action was incorrect, you have the right to raise a formal dispute by contacting SlotPKR support within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes raised after this window cannot be investigated. SlotPKR will respond to all formal disputes within five business days. Game results confirmed by certified RNG output or verified live dealer activity are generally considered final, but SlotPKR will investigate all disputes with due diligence.

In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed balance in the SlotPKR interface and the actual recorded balance in SlotPKR's systems, the recorded system balance will be considered correct. SlotPKR support can provide balance history on request.

11 Amendments to These Terms

SlotPKR may amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at slotpkr.im/terms-conditions. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made.

For significant changes affecting member rights — such as changes to withdrawal policies, bonus structures, or account termination grounds — SlotPKR will provide at least seven days' advance notice via the registered email address or mobile number before the changes take effect.

If you disagree with any amendment to the Terms, you may close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the SlotPKR platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full.
